Shipping policy

All Australian orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse on business days (Monday to Friday). 

Ready made Products
Orders for ready made (in stock) products will be dispatched in 1-3 business days, and depending on destination will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days.

Personalised Orders
Personalised orders usually take 5-7 business days to be dispatched. Any orders with custom Epoxy Resin can take up to 14 working days to be completed as they are individual, one off items and we are working with a natural product. If you have a timeframe to work to just let us know and we will do our best.

Delivery Confirmation
Tracking details for your order will be be emailed to your order email address upon dispatch of your order.
