Our boards are all handmade right here on the Gold Coast, Queensland by our skilled woodworkers. We pride ourselves on providing premium products with quality laser engraved personalisation. Plus, Camphor Laurel is naturally anti-bacterial due to the oils in the timber and has been considered the most effective food preparation surface for reducing microbial growth. Wood cutting boards also protect your knives and won’t dull them like ceramic or glass cutting boards.
We responsibly source locally grown Camphor Laurel slabs and create special, one-off pieces for our customers. Camphor has a wonderful, ever-changing timber grain characterised by its whorls, contrasting colours and occasional fiddleback patterns. While it is classified as a Hardwood, it is lighter in weight than most - and smells fantastic!
We do not treat the timber with any chemical or stain, they are 100% natural, food safe and eco-friendly.
